These are homes which are normally in larger open colonies, they are independent houses built on various plot sizes, starting from 100 meters going up all the way to 1000 meter plot sizes. These homes are built by individuals or by independent developers. Some such homes have power back up and some may not have, but normally the Landlords are open to organizing a generator at a pre agreed lease rent to be paid by the tenant.

These homes are good for large families or people who like large spaces to live in. There are some of the things that you must know before you look out for spaces like these:

• The Security will have to be organized by the Tenant on his own.
• The Power Back Up can be provided by the Landlord, but the Tenant will have to manage the Generator and organize the Fuel for the same as and when needed.
• This does not form part of a community, so children may have to find company in either school friends or other avenues.
• The Tenant will necessarily have to take a membership of an external Club, as these homes are not part of a managed community and thus there is no Community Club available.
